Workshop overview
This is an experiential workshop where you will be taught a variety of techniques that will enable you to clear your mind of worry and stress and enable you to find your own personal inner source of strength and peace.
Its a lovely relaxing day, that will take you through a variety of guided meditations and self hypnosis, so by the end of the day you will have left all your anxiety and worries well behind you, therefore freeing your mind and leaving you with a deep sense of inner peace.
You will be taught practical techniques that you will be able to easily apply long after the workshop has ended so that you can continue to enjoy that stillness of mind.
